Diet Week 1 – Monday

Please feel free to join in with me on my quest to lose a stone. I have to do it before we ttc which will hopefully be in January!

WEEK 1 WEIGH IN: 140lb’s (10 stone)

I must bare in mind this beautiful poem  – is this dieting worth it??? I am having second thoughts after reading this.

Breakfast – 1 cup of tea with milk and 3 Slices of French Toast with Flora on and 1 Banana (Calories approx. 250)

Lunch – 1 mini pork pie, a handful of honey roasted peanuts (Calories approx. 350 – Oooops!)

Snack – Asda Chicken noodle slimmer soup (Calories 100)

Dinner -Asda Good for you Chicken and  Broccoli Pie (Calories 311)

1 cup of coffee, milk and 1 sugar (Calories 50)
